We stand by our work. If something we did falls short, we’ll make it right. This page summarises what’s covered and how to claim.

What’s covered

• Interior workmanship: 12-month guarantee against peeling/flaking caused by our preparation or application.
• Exterior workmanship: 12-month guarantee subject to weather exposure and substrate condition.
• Snagging: Minor touch-ups identified at handover are completed promptly.

What’s not covered

• Substrate movement, damp, leaks, or structural issues outside our control.
• Impact damage, abrasion, staining, or misuse after completion.
• Colour matching under different lighting or with aged finishes.
• Manufacturers’ paint defects (covered by their own warranties).

How to make a claim

1. Email info@whitehousepainting.co.uk with photos and your job date.
2. We’ll assess within 5 working days and schedule remedial work where covered.
3. Remedial work restores the affected area to specification used originally.

Tip: Keep rooms ventilated and clean, and avoid impact on freshly coated surfaces during cure time (usually 7–28 days depending on product).
